Beall Research & Training, Inc. is a marketing research and training firm. We specialize in large-scale complex marketing research projects across a variety of industries. Our expertise is in designing research that is strategic in nature and will be used to solve a business problem.
Beall Research & Training conducts both qualitative and quantitative research. In the qualitative arena we conduct focus groups, one-on-one interviews, shop-alongs, drive-alongs, Internet focus groups, online focus groups, online bulletin boards and in-home interviews. In the quantitative arena we use Internet, telephone and mail surveys. The methodology we use is dependent on the particular business problem that our clients are trying to solve.
Our qualitative research is complemented by the techniques we use to gain insight. We specialize in analyzing what respondents say but sometimes, more importantly, what they do not say. We have a method for reading nonverbal behavior called PERCEIVE, which can be used to read respondents when they are unable or unwilling to express their thoughts and feelings. We conduct training on this topic for several corporations.
